The approach to the port is via a 1000 m long and a width of 25m fairway directly into the North quay. Pilot is not compulsory for approach.
Capable for highwater upto 1.75m (more than other east coast ports)
The port is equipped with 500 meter accessible quays. (easy accessible)
And more than 160.000 m2 available / free shore area next to the quay.
